Four years on the advisory side (feasibility studies, OpEx audits, market entry, due diligence) across the Gulf and the Levant. The engagements ended the same way each time: a recommendation, a model handed over, and a client left to implement it with whatever tooling they already had. The analysis was rarely the constraint.
