AlphaMissense data is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 — non-commercial use only. Locus surfaces candidates for expert review; it does not assert clinical classifications. AlphaMissense's class thresholds were themselves calibrated on ClinVar, so agreement with ClinVar is consistent with published calibration rather than independent validation of it.

Decisions are held in this browser's local storage. That records who claims to have decided what — attribution, not authentication — and it is not tamper-proof. Export the log to keep a durable copy; import_decisions.py loads an exported log back into the ontology.
